These are questions to ask yourself when deciding on your new products to ensure it will do exactly what you need it to.

Installation, delivery, removal of old appliance? These are question to ask. Many companies charge for each of these services. Most of Silicas products include these benefits for no extra charge.
Who is delivering my products?
Silicas delivery team are all employed with Silica. What does this mean to you? If you have questions on your delivery, all you need to do is call us. We communicate with our delivery teams daily.
Who do I call if I have problems?
Will you be calling a 800 number that is automated before you speak to someone about your concern? Silicas in house service department allows you to just call the store. We will answer with a friendly hello and direct your call to the person that can address your concern. Or better yet, you can always stop in and talk to someone in our service department if you have questions on a product or are fixing something yourself and need a question answered.
